The Jenny Packham Fashion Show at the V&A

The other day, I went with some friends to attend a special catwalk show organised by the V&A to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Jenny Packham.

Trained at Saint Martins, Jenny Packham rapidly became one of the hottest designers for glamourous evening dresses and bridal wear. Her dresses featured in many movies like Sex and the City or the Devil wears Prada and Kate Middleton regularly wears her pieces to attend chic royal parties.

The show took place in the beautiful Raphael gallery of the V&A and was presenting a selection of her most elegant and iconic dresses, which included several dresses worn by Hollywood celebrities at red carpet events.

Cannes Adventures!

I now had a moment to upload the pictures of my trip to the Cannes Film Festival last weekend.

The weekend was wonderful, not too too hot true but no rain, blue sky, turquoise water. I spotted amazing street styles on the stylish croisette, attended a few cool beach parties and.. I even walked up the famous red carpet over there!

Wouou.. this is my first time doing this so pardon my excitement. I thought I’d share with you a few snaps I took while on this carpet and inside the Palais des Festivals to show you how it looks like. xx

How to walk the Red Carpet in Cannes!

Little wouou: I am in Cannes for the Film Festival and manage to get a ticket for tonight’s show! This means.. I will be walking up the red carpet!!

I just called some of my friends who already did it and apparently it is no big deal. Every one can do it, it is just like going to the cinema, blablabla.. I don’t care… I am very happy and excited to see what’s going on once inside.

My Interview for Work Your Style!

This week, Glenda, my super cool and stylish friend from London interviewed me on her Fashion Blog!

Her blog, Work Your Style, focuses on “real” style advice: practical style advices that come from “normal persons” who actually have to go to work 5 days out of 7 (for a job which is not an editorial position in a fashion magazine or a not freelance graphic design role..) and thus can not afford to go there with a total SeaPunk or Front Row look.. Van Cleef & Arpels, The Art of Haute Jewellery Exhibition in Paris

Hi ladies! I just got the Press Kit of the new Maison Martin Margiela Collection for H&M which is going to hit stores on the 15th November.. and just thought I should share them with you so you can watch for yourself and, if interested, pick and choose online what you want ahead of the shops opening on the 15th.. cause, as everytime, it is going to be a rush with very little time to choose on D-Day.
