French Manucure, Winter Style!

French Manucure, Winter Style!

Yesterday night I decided to stay home as it was so cold outside.. perfect occasion for a long hot bath, catching up on my (big) pile of magazines.. and also the perfect occasion to try on this “new” sort of French manucure which I have seen in all magazines for a while now.. the “colored French Manucure” (or whatever they call it)! Rather than the super flashy colors which YSL was proposing, I decided to just try it with my regular dark red and black nail polish (yes, I have a black nail polish.. I think it is so chic and modern on the feet – and also, when wearing black, no need to worry about what to wear as it is a ‘neutral’ color that goes with everything.. anyway, maybe more on this later). What do you think? Have you tried this sort of French manucure yourself? If so, which colors did you use?

I’ll maybe do the same for my feet, just reversing the colours..

And to go with this ‘faaabulous’ manucure, I will also try one of your ‘how to tie a Hermes scarf’ tutorial!! Thanks so much!

So much nicer than the aggressive colours which YSL was proposing indeed! Love those ones.. very “French chic”!
