On the last day of the cruise, we stopped at Capri, the little island just in front of Napoli, worldwide known for…:
… the Dolce & Gabanna Light Blue ad (see the ultra sexy video here..)
… the Grotta Azzura (Blue Cave): a sea cave where the sunlight, passing through an underwater cavity and shining through the water, creates a very bright blue reflection that illuminates the whole cave.. It is magical! The Emperor Tiberius was coming to take his bath there back in the Antiquity..
… its very chic shopping arcades and streets…
… its high panoramic promenade lined up with elegant villas and a romantic view like the sort that exists only in dreams..
… the Caprese Salad (yes, it does come from there!)
… it is also apparently famous for its lemons.. and hence, I also tried a lemon risotto.. very particular but surprisingly very good!
Well that’s it for today. Tomorrow will be my last blog on that fantastic cruise.. after,it will be back to reality like everyone ;) Night night everyone!
